At Racelogic, we design and manufacture cutting‑edge electronic systems that measure, record, display, analyse, and simulate data from moving vehicles. Our innovative technologies are trusted across industries – from automotive and motor sport to aerospace, broadcast, and beyond.

Headquartered in Buckingham, UK, we’ve grown into a global business with offices in the US, France, and Germany, employing over 130 staff and serving customers in more than 100 countries.

As part of our growth phase, our German office in Wetzlar is seeking a detail‑oriented Technical Sales Executive who will be responsible for growing Lab Sat revenue in the German, Swiss, and Austrian markets by supporting customers with technically complex GNSS simulation solutions.

The role blends structured sales activity with hands‑on technical engagement, requiring close collaboration with customers, distributors, and internal engineering and product teams to deliver effective GNSS simulation solutions.

Key Responsibilities Commercial & Sales
  • Develop, manage, and close Lab Sat sales opportunities in Germany and assigned European territories, building a sustainable, visible sales pipeline, using standardised corporate applications.
  • Support direct customer engagements throughout the sales process, ensuring consistent messaging and professional representation of the Lab Sat brand.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and opportunity updates to support internal planning and decision‑making.
  • Deliver revenue growth in line with corporate annual sales targets, contributing to the long‑term expansion of the Lab Sat business.
Technical Sales & Applications
  • Present and demonstrate Lab Sat GNSS simulation solutions to a range of technical and commercial stakeholders, adapting communication style to suit the audience.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their GNSS testing challenges, application requirements, and validation objectives.
  • Recommend appropriate Lab Sat hardware, software, and system configurations that best meet customer needs and technical constraints.
  • Support customer evaluations, demonstrations, and proof‑of‑concept activities, acting as a trusted technical advisor during the pre‑sales phase.
Customer & Partner Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers to support long‑term engagement and repeat business.
  • Act as a primary technical point of contact for customers during the pre‑sales process, ensuring a professional, responsive, and technically credible experience.
  • Represent Lab Sat at customer meetings, technical workshops, trade shows, and industry events as required.
Market & Product Feedback
  • Provide structured feedback from customers to the Lab Sat product and engineering teams to help inform product development and roadmap decisions.
  • Monitor competitor activity, emerging applications, and market trends to help identify new opportunities for Lab Sat solutions.
Person Specification
  • Experience in a technical sales, applications engineering, or customer‑facing technical role, with exposure to automotive, aerospace, defence, or advanced technology sectors.
  • Degree‑level education in Engineering, Physics, Electronics, or a closely related technical discipline, providing a solid foundation for understanding complex technical systems.
  • Practical experience with GNSS, RF systems, simulation tools, or related technologies in an engineering or technical environment.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Fluency in both German and English, with the ability to operate confidently in an international business environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities in a structured and reliable manner.
  • High levels of professionalism and integrity.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe and occasionally internationally as required by the role.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary reflecting your experience.
  • Generous commission scheme.
  • Company car.
  • Employee share participation programme.
  • Comprehensive and structured on‑boarding and training.
  • 36.5‑hour working week.
