The Red Bull On-Premise Account Development Manager (ADM) is responsible for Red Bull ground level execution in their respective market. They will manage the assigned C+ account universe and collaborate with sales representatives to increase distribution, visibility, and sales in the On‑Premise. The role includes coaching, developing, and training the Account Managers who interact with Red Bull in the On‑Premise to ensure quality customer service and maintain brand standards.
The ADM also serves as the direct liaison between Crescent Crown Distributing and Red Bull, disseminating Red Bull communication and initiatives to On‑Premise Directors/DMs, managing the brand at the distribution level, and ensuring delivery of the Annual Business Plan.
- Manage assigned C+ account universe.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to increase distribution, visibility, and sales.
- Coach, develop, and train Account Managers to provide quality customer service.
- Maintain brand standards and customer service quality.
- Act as liaison between Crescent Crown Distributing and Red Bull, disseminating initiatives and action plans.
- Manage the Red Bull brand at the distribution level to support the Annual Business Plan.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Undergraduate college degree or five (5) years of related management experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience.
- Valid Louisiana driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Reliable personal vehicle available for regular business use.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer relations skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reports to work on a regular and timely basis and ensures coverage when absent.
- Extended hours may be required as market service needs dictate.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift, push, pull or carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Consumer product industry sales experience.
- Alcoholic beverage industry sales experience.
- Beer industry sales experience.

Physical Requirements / Working Environment- Work indoors in a sedentary office setting.
- Regular visits to retail customer accounts.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Use arms, wrists, hands, and grasp throughout the shift.
- Perform sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, standing, walking, and turning/pivoting for up to 5 hours per day, 5 days per week.
- Vision, hearing, and communication capabilities sufficient to perform assigned tasks and maintain job safety conditions.
