Position: Sales Executive – Business Aviation (Houston/Webster, TX; Remote)

What You’ll Do
  • Business Development & Account Growth: Manage and grow an existing portfolio of business aviation accounts; identify and develop new opportunities; expand customer adoption of World Fuel’s products, services, technology, and fuel programs; develop and execute sales strategies; manage the full sales cycle.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships; serve as a strategic partner; engage key decision makers; conduct meetings, reviews, and account planning; deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Commercial Strategy: Analyze customer opportunities, market conditions, and trends; develop pricing recommendations and negotiate agreements; identify opportunities to increase customer value and profitability.
  • Collaboration & Travel: Partner with Operations, Supply, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service; maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts; travel as needed to support customers and events.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in sales, business development, account management, or customer‑facing commercial roles.
  • Proven ability to develop new business while growing and retaining customer relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success managing accounts and achieving sales objectives.
  • Ability to build credibility and trust with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in business aviation, aviation fuel, FBO operations, flight operations, or a related industry.
  • Understanding of aircraft operations and flight department environments.
  • Knowledge of aviation fuel programs, trip support services, or aviation‑related commercial solutions.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements and pricing structures.
