The Outreach Executive (OE) is responsible for developing relationships with community members to engage Medicare seniors with Oak Street Health, guiding them toward becoming patients.

• Generate leads by engaging Medicare seniors through event execution and local community outreach.
• Maintain internal sales system knowledge and marketing program awareness by attending scheduled meetings to learn updates on services and initiatives.
• Prospect and cold‑call leads assigned, including those from digital channels and other Outreach Executives.
• Nurture prospective patients via email, phone, and networking, adopting an ambitious mindset to convert leads.
• Collaborate with Community Relationship Managers, other OEs, Outreach Managers, and Outreach Directors to generate local community leads and work with Insurance Agents.
• Maintain consistent touchpoints with prospects to continuously engage and drive new patient growth within the assigned territory.
• Capture and record customer information and sales activity into the CRM system and other business systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clinical and center teams whenever staff have questions about a patient.
• Resolve concerns and complaints from prospects and patients by working to understand issues or directing them to appropriate Oak Street employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Team player contributing to overall team effectiveness.
• Sales and/or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken in the communities served (where necessary).
• US work authorization.

The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50–$31.72 (hourly rate or annual full‑time salary). The actual offer will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay.
