We are looking for an Associate Retail Sales Coach to join our team! The salary range for this position is $22.80 to 28.50 per hour based on skills and experience. This position is classified as On-site.

As a dedicated member of the OnPath team, the Associate Retail Sales Coach supports the delivery of sales culture, products, and service training across all retail channels while also serving as an active participant in frontline branch operations. This role works under the direction of the Retail Sales Coach and contributes to new hire onboarding, branch coaching visits, and ongoing education for retail staff.

The Associate Retail Sales Coach is an ideal role for someone with a passion for people development who is building toward a coaching career in a financial institution environment.

This is a player/coach role. 50% of time is spent on coaching, training, and development activities under the direction of the Retail Sales Coach. The remaining 50% involve active participation in frontline branch operations — performing member-facing responsibilities to support staffing continuity, service quality, or operational initiatives. This balance may shift based on organizational need. Travel requirement:
This position requires consistent multi-branch travel across the greater New Orleans metro area. Same-day trips between branch locations are a regular and expected part of this role.

The Associate Retail Sales Coach assists in the onboarding and continuing education of retail team members, with a focus on sales culture, product knowledge, and member service standards. Working under the direction of the Retail Sales Coach, the Associate supports training delivery, branch coaching visits, and training logistics. The Associate conducts daily interactions in alignment with OnPath's core values and applies adult learning principles when supporting learners at different stages of development.

• Supports the delivery of sales and service culture training to new and existing employees under the direction of the Retail Sales Coach.
• Provides encouragement and coaching support to employees at branch locations during training visits.
• Assists in monitoring new hire progress during the 90-day onboarding period and reports observations to the Retail Sales Coach.
• Helps schedule and coordinate training branches and classroom sessions.
• Assists with maintaining and updating training materials as directed.
• Applies an understanding of adult learning to support learners at different experience levels and adapt encouragement accordingly.
• Temporarily performs frontline responsibilities when needed to support staffing, service continuity, or operational initiatives.
• Models and reinforces OnPath's member service standards and sales culture in all branch interactions.
• Holds self accountable for professional and ethical behavior as defined by OnPath Federal Credit Union's mission, culture, and values.
• Communicates openly and constructively; maintains positive relationships with branch staff and training team members.
