Account Manager​/Client Partner Central Europe

Zoolatech is undergoing constant growth of the business which resulted in a creation of an Account manager.

Your primary job will be building & nurturing relationships with existing clients. We expect you to be creative and enthusiastic in seeing the opportunities on how to achieve that - using the company’s best practices as well as going out of the box.

• Driving top-line revenue growth within existing accounts
• Owning client relationships and managing key stakeholders
• Leading proposals and RFI/RFP/RFS responses
• Business forecasting (revenue, pipeline)
• Owning SOW preparation, invoicing coordination, and P&L tracking
• Client reporting and internal reporting to Zoolatech leadership
• Supporting recruitment for the accounts

• 5+ years in Account Management, Client Partner, or similar client-facing role in IT services / staff augmentation
• Proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts
• Experience owning commercial aspects - SOWs, invoicing, P&L tracking
• Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders across client organizations
• Strong experience in forecasting and planning
• High EQ with ability to build trust-based, long-term client relationships
