Responsibilities
- Conduct in‑dealership training sessions that meet established performance standards.
- Train sales consultants on vehicle features, technology, trim differences, trailering, light‑duty truck fundamentals, and infotainment systems.
- Facilitate both small group sessions and large meetings with energy, clarity, and credibility.
- Provide hands‑on coaching to help sales teams present product benefits, demonstrate features, and build customer confidence.
- Develop and maintain a training schedule that aligns with dealership needs and regional priorities.
- Facilitate launch events and introduce new product features and technologies.
- 3–5 years of automotive retail or automotive‑related experience.
- Strong understanding of vehicle technology, light truck fundamentals, trailering, and infotainment systems.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and general computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.
