Waste Connections is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth in our Waste Management services within the Sales & Business Development team. In this field-focused role, you will prospect and close new commercial and industrial accounts, manage a territory, and build long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new commercial and industrial waste service accounts
• Manage and grow an assigned territory and customer portfolio
• Conduct on-site customer visits, needs assessments, and service presentations
• Prepare and deliver pricing proposals and contract renewals
• Negotiate terms to close profitable, long-term agreements
• Partner with operations to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality service
• Track activities, pipeline, and results in CRM tools
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
• Represent Waste Connections at community and industry events
• Maintain strong knowledge of waste management regulations and company services
