The Business Development & Marketing Representative is an advocate for River Oaks Hospital. We are in search of a creative, detail-oriented individual with the ability to think outside the box, the right candidate will possess both strong communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to interact and connect with individuals or groups daily. This position reports to the Director of Business Development and works closely with other departments to ensure that all marketing efforts are effective and efficient.

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential leads through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, social selling, and participation in industry events
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and print channels to promote products and services
- Market Research and Analysis:
Conducting research to identify target audiences, consumer trends, and competitor activities is a key responsibility. Insights from this research inform marketing strategies and help the company adapt to changing market conditions
- Skilled in lead generation, account-based marketing, digital advertising, CRM management, client relationship development, and brand growth strategies that drive measurable revenue.
- Implement and execute the network marketing strategy by promoting River Oaks Hospital to organizations to educate them on our services.
- Develop and establish relationships with local organizations/ hospitals/providers to generate new sources of referral business.
- Maintain and build upon existing relationships with current organizations/ hospitals/providers to ensure continual referral business.
- Maintain updated documentation of all interactions with businesses and provide updates to the Director for review.
- Assist with the organization and oversight of business-related events by ensuring all aspects run smoothly. (Ex. trade shows, community engagement, networking, etc.)
- Complete additional projects and tasks pertaining to the job as assigned.
- Experienced in building long-term partnerships with businesses across our industry while maintaining the personalized service and values that we are known for.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable, with a proactive mindset and ability to overcome objections and adapt strategies based on performance data
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop engaging marketing content and campaigns
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and campaign metrics
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field required. Experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in lieu of a degree. - Experience:
Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. 3 years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred. - Licensure/Certification:
Must possess a valid Driver's License - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable, with a proactive mindset and ability to overcome objections and adapt strategies based on performance data
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop engaging marketing content and campaigns
- Previous experience in a psychiatric hospital or related human service field preferred
