Part-Time Sales Lead - Royal

Summary

Seeking an In Person and Events Specialist to drive retail sales and create elevated customer experiences at the Royal Street flagship and across national events. This hybrid, in-person and travel-focused role supports retail activations, pop-ups, sample sales, and corporate gifting with a minimum of 50% on-site presence and at least 60% travel. The specialist will execute event operations end-to-end while partnering closely with the retail and events teams to meet revenue objectives.

• Lead the sales cycle and act as a style advisor to customers in-store and at events
• Drive and exceed daily sales quotas and KPI targets
• Support planning, setup, execution, and servicing for sample sales, pop-ups, and external activations
• Maintain visual brand standards and present product merchandising consistently
• Collaborate with Retail and Events teams to ensure seamless, elevated experiences

• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently, including national travel
• Comfortable working a hybrid role that combines in-person retail with event travel
• Strong sales history with a goal-oriented work ethic and proven ability to exceed expectations
• Keen interest in fashion and eyewear, with strong communication and styling skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple clients and activations
