- Recruit new partners/vendors and build strategic, long-term relationships
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote wireline/wireless solutions and meet targets
- Provide comprehensive training, coaching, and resources to partners for effective product promotion
- Monitor partner performance, analyze challenges, and resolve issues to ensure channel success
- Collaborate with internal teams, create detailed reports, and coordinate activities to achieve sales goals
- Drive revenue growth by managing relationships with application and solution providers/vendors
- Promote and deliver wireless/wireline voice and data services through partner channels
- May introduce new products, lead training, and mentor colleagues
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
- 8+ years of related sales experience
- Advanced understanding of sales principles, practices, products, and services
- Ability to manage large, complex sales with light supervision
- Ability to handle a higher-than-average sales quota or territory
- Effective communication, advanced data analysis, extensive experience, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrates expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies for wireline and wireless solutions, with a strong focus on partner relationship management and revenue growth. Proficient in training and mentoring partners while utilizing advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills to drive channel success.
