We are seeking a motivated & customer-focused Flooring & Carpet Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home improvement & design, with the ability to assist customers in selecting flooring solutions that best fit their needs. Your role will involve direct sales, product consultation, & creating a positive shopping experience for every customer.

• Desirable Schedule 8am-5pm Tuesday through Saturday
• Base Pay + Commission Opportunity Base pay $15.50/hour + commission, weekly pay

• Greet & assist customers in the showroom, providing expert advice on flooring options
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, & maintenance
• Present product samples & design ideas to help customers make informed decisions
• Generate & follow up on sales leads, maintain customer relationships
• Process orders, manage inventory, & ensure timely product delivery
• Work closely with installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet & exceed sales targets & contribute to overall store success

• Personable & engaging A confident & outgoing personality with a knack for building relationships
• Effective Communicator Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Willingness to Learn Prior sales & flooring experience, not required if you have a willingness to learn
• Self‑motivated & goal oriented Willingness to follow up with leads & create opportunities for business
• Schedule Availability Able & willing to work a full time schedule as described above

Compensation details: 15.5 Hourly Wage
