Account Manager / Inside Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Account Manager / Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for supporting the sales process from order intake through fulfillment while maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring brand standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate excels in communication, organization, and customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, helping drive successful project execution and repeat business.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Support the sales team with order processing, quoting, and project coordination
• Manage client accounts and build strong, long-term relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams (including design and production) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Review orders and artwork submissions for completeness and alignment with client expectations
• Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, orders, and project updates
• Identify opportunities to upsell or expand existing client accounts

• Strong customer service and account management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
• Basic familiarity with design or production processes (preferred but not required)
• Inside sales or order management experience is a plus
• Graphic design (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) experience is a plus

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (required)
• Ability to commute to Kenner, LA 70062 (required)
• Must be willing to relocate to Kenner, LA prior to start date (required)
