Personal Banker

• Ask personalized questions to turn transactions, account maintenance, and routine service requests into cross-sell conversations
• Create sales opportunities by calling leads, visiting businesses for workplace banking, and developing referral networks
• Achieve daily key performance metrics while balancing competing priorities
• Learn and perform transactions, cash-drawer management, and bank documentation according to industry and legal standards
• Build customer relationships and recommend and sell financial products and services
• Identify customer needs and offer financial solutions
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a retail environment engaging with customers and making product recommendations that lead to sales, or relevant experience
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days
• Sales-driven approach and ability to leverage coaching and feedback
• Product knowledge and conversation skills to identify and address customer needs
• Compelling communication and positive image
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
