Riverfront Broadcasting of Iowa
is seeking dynamic, results-oriented Account Executives for its Newton-Grinnell radio stations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with solid experience in building and maintaining ongoing relationships while meeting clients’ marketing objectives by selling the value of local radio and digital brands.
- Selling radio and digital advertising.
- Successfully uncovering and closing new advertisers by utilizing marketing plans comprised of radio commercials and digital products.
- Ensuring that company initiatives are maximized.
- Participation in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Inputting client orders and copy using company provided software.
- Attaining monthly, quarterly and annual budget goals.
- A minimum two years of sales experience.
- A proven record of consistent sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
- A fully insured personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
