# NOW HIRING — INSURANCE SALES PROFESSIONAL

Bossier City, LA | Opening November 2, 2026

I'm building a sales team for Covington Agency LLC, and I'm looking for someone who wants an opportunity to
** earn, grow, compete, and have fun doing it.**

This may be a new chapter for the agency, but I'm definitely not new to insurance. I bring
** 28+ years in the industry**, and our location has served the Bossier City community for more than 40 years.

I'm looking for producers who don't want to be micromanaged—but also don't need to be. You'll have goals, multiple lead sources provided by the agency, training and support, and plenty of opportunity to make money. What you do with that opportunity is up to you.

• Selling Auto, Home, Renters and other insurance products
• Working agency-provided leads from multiple sources
• Following up, building relationships and asking for the sale
• Identifying additional opportunities within each household
• Building referrals and your own pipeline
• Helping customers understand their options and choose coverage that fits their needs
• Working toward individual and team production goals

• Likes to win and doesn't mind a little friendly competition
• Is motivated by goals and earning potential
• Can work independently without someone constantly looking over your shoulder
• Picks up the phone, follows up and isn't afraid to ask for the business
• Brings a positive attitude to work
• Wants to keep learning and getting better
• Can work hard and still have fun
• Wants a career with room to grow—not just another job

** Property & Casualty license required.**

Life license preferred, but not required.

** Starting base salary:** $35,000+, based on experience

** Total earning potential:** $35,000–$150,000+ per year with commissions

** Salary is paid weekly. Commissions are paid monthly.**
