Altruix is seeking an experienced Sales Director - Business Development that will be responsible for driving strategic growth for Altruix by building relationships with individual prescriber offices and promoting the adoption of our specialized behavioral health pharmacy services. You’ll spend your time in the field, meeting face-to-face with psychiatrists, behavioral health providers, and clinic staff. To expand Altruix’s footprint one relationship at a time and ensure more individuals have access to medication support they need.

Growth & Relationship Development:

• Identify and cultivate leads among prescriber offices, behavioral health clinics, and related provider networks

• Focus on individual prescriber offices and single-site behavioral health clinics, building a high volume of relationships across an assigned territory

• Drive strategic growth by promoting
  
  Altruix'sservices to expand our presence across behavioral health andSUDmarkets

• Build andmaintainstrong, long-term relationships with prescribers and clinic staff through regular in-person visits

• Attend conferences and industry events tomaintainexisting relationships, generate new leads, and represent
  
  Altruixwithin the provider community

Account Implementation & Support:

• Serve as the liaison between
  
  Altruixand provider offices throughout theonboardingprocess

• Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff fromthe initialsaleto ongoing account support

• Monitor volume monthly forprovider office, engaging when needed

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• 2+ years of business development or sales experience

• Must live within a 50-mile radius of market

• Solid presentation and selling skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with healthcare providers

• Strong organizational and customer service skills

• Ability to travel regularly withinassignedterritory

• Experience in specialty pharmacy

• Experience selling into the behavioral health orSUDmarkets

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Hub Spot

• Demonstrated ability toestablishand sustain long-term provider relationships

• Competitive base salary of $100,000 with uncapped commission
