We’re hiring an outgoing, dependable person to reconnect with prospects who previously requested insurance quotes and schedule fresh reviews with our licensed producers.
What we offer
$15 per hour plus commissions.
9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. in‑office schedule.
An existing prospect database.
A focused role helping our licensed producers grow the agency.
This is an active outbound calling position. You create conversations and appointments; licensed producers handle coverage recommendations and insurance sales.

ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll do
Call previously quoted prospects to offer another insurance review.
Confirm basic information and identify interest.
Schedule appointments or connect prospects with licensed producers.
Document conversations and follow through.
Meet daily calling and appointment goals.
RequirementsWhat we’re looking for
A confident, friendly phone presence.
Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic.
Comfort making outbound calls and handling rejection.
Good computer skills and accurate record‑keeping.
Phone sales, appointment‑setting, or customer outreach experience preferred.
