The Weighmaster is responsible for accurately weighing inbound and outbound trucks, maintaining weight and shipment records, and coordinating the movement of vehicles and materials through the facility.

This position ensures accurate documentation and compliance with SNF safety and operating procedures. Responsibilities Operate the truck scale and accurately record gross, tare, and net weights. Verify truck, driver, material, customer, and shipment information. Prepare and issue weight tickets, shipping documents, and related paperwork. Enter and maintain accurate information in the company's computer/ERP system. Coordinate with Shipping, Receiving, Production, and Logistics personnel.

Direct truck drivers to appropriate loading, unloading, and staging areas. Identify and report discrepancies involving weights, materials, or documentation. Maintain accurate and organized scale and shipment records. Monitor scale equipment and report malfunctions or calibration concerns. Follow all company safety, environmental, and operating procedures. Maintain a safe and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

2-3 years of relevant work experience. LICENSES AND

CERTIFICATIONS:

Class A CDL preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Previous experience in manufacturing, shipping/receiving, logistics, or truck-scale operations preferred. Basic computer and mathematical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to safely work around trucks, forklifts, and other industrial equipment. Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days and nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to wear required PPE. Ability to work safely around moving vehicles and industrial equipment. BENEFITS:
