We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to ensure the safety and security of our community. You will be responsible for enforcing laws, patrolling assigned areas, and providing assistance in emergencies.

• Patrolling neighborhoods and responding to service calls
• Investigating crimes and traffic incidents
• Apprehending suspects and conducting arrests
• Preparing and maintaining records and reports
• Interacting with the public to foster positive community relations

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good moral character
• Successful completion of the police academy (City is willing to send the right candidate to the Academy)
• Capability to pass physical and written exams

• Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong ethical standards
• Effective communication, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using police equipment and technology

• State or local certification as a police officer (City will send candidate to the Academy)
