About the Role
Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking a Security Officer – PM Shift. The Security Officer is a vital member of our Security team, responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for employees and guests. The officer actively participates in day‑to‑day security operations to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel, and property. The role requires engagement with a large number of guests, local law enforcement, and other hotel personnel, and demands excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
WhatYou Bring
- At least 2 years of security detail experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and First‑Aid certification.
- Strong time‑management skills: ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions.
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to operate required computer equipment; knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office Suite, and HotSOS is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.

This is a full‑time position requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week. Candidates must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
