Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and/or critical events in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity by verifying credentials, observing visitor traffic, and following site‑specific protocols for restricted or after‑hours areas.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location while preparing detailed incident, activity, and/or patrol reports and assisting with security‑related concerns raised by occupants or guests.

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
