Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location with airport-related operations.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, parking areas, access points, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report observed concerns.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and communicating with appropriate personnel and emergency responders.;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout assigned areas, documenting incidents, maintenance concerns, and unusual conditions in accordance with site requirements.;
Assist with traffic, visitor, and contractor directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence and supporting a positive experience for those at the location.
