We are seeking a reliable and courteous Gate Attendant to manage the entry and exit points of our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the security and smooth flow of vehicles and visitors while providing excellent customer service.

• Monitor and control access to the facility by checking identification and authorizations.
• Maintain a log of all vehicles and visitors entering and leaving the premises.
• Provide directions and assistance to visitors and employees as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for security purposes and report any suspicious activity.
• Operate gate control systems and related equipment efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with security personnel and management.
• Ensure the gate area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to security and safety.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in security, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate gate control systems.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.

This position requires standing for long periods and may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions. The Gate Attendant will work closely with security and administrative staff to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
