Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, hazardous material concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, access points, parking areas, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor and control access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and maintain awareness of vehicle and pedestrian activity;
Complete required reports, log observations, and communicate security-related concerns, incidents, and unusual conditions to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
