As an Armed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with professionalism. This driving post requires an armed guard card and valid driver's license.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, residents, visitors, and property stakeholders by carrying out armed security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following applicable protocols and reporting requirements.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols of commercial properties, surrounding streets, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Observe and report suspicious activity, property damage, access concerns, and other security-related conditions to appropriate personnel and/or public agencies.

+ Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and communication with dispatch, supervisors, property representatives, and law enforcement as required.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
