This is not a traditional security guard position.
We are specifically looking for proven leaders from the military and law‑enforcement communities who understand accountability, standards, discipline, decision‑making, and taking care of people.

The Field Supervisor serves as the operational link between our security officers, clients, and senior management. You will be in the field inspecting posts, mentoring officers, solving problems, responding to incidents, ensuring Post Orders are followed, and protecting the relationships NOLA Protection Group has built with its clients.
