Make an ImpactAs a Lead Installer, your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the quality installation of equipment in the central office and outside plant environments. You'll play a vital role in installing, testing, and turning up equipment, performing additions and removals, and overseeing job assignments. Your contributions will directly impact our team's success and the satisfaction of our clients.
Who You Are- You have a minimum of 8 years of experience working with DC power and batteries/chargers.
- You possess strong verbal and written communication skills and are proficient in MS Office.
- You have a high school diploma, with a technical degree preferred, and special electronics training or work experience.
- You are knowledgeable about customer standards, including Telcordia Standards, and have experience with electronic test equipment.
We have a strong preference for candidates located in the Midwest, particularly in Iowa, Michigan, or Illinois. This role requires up to 100% travel, so being based in these states is ideal.
