Purpose:The Mobile Wash Bay Technician is responsible for cleaning and detailing agricultural equipment at customer locations and dealership sites. This position requires independent travel to off-site locations using company-provided equipment and represents Gooseneck Implement directly in the field. The role supports customer satisfaction by ensuring equipment is professionally cleaned, safely handled, and prepared according to company standards.
Responsibilities:- Travel to store locations to clean and detail agricultural equipment.
- Safely operate mobile wash equipment, including pressure washers, water tanks, and cleaning systems.
- Ensure proper setup, operation, and breakdown of mobile wash unit.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines while working off-site.
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers.
- Identify and report visible equipment concerns to service leadership.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and serviceability of mobile wash vehicles and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and time spent.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work independently in remote locations.
- Strong time management and route planning skills.
- Basic understanding of equipment operation and safe handling.
- Customer service orientation and professional communication skills.
- Basic computer or mobile device proficiency for work order tracking.
- Ability to lift up to 75–100 lbs.
- Ability to crouch, bend, reach and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions.
