The position will be filled as a Meter Tester 1st year - Meter Repairman depending on qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain and test all instrument transformer rated meters.
- Test, verify and troubleshoot all system tie points.
- Install and monitor all load research equipment.
- Troubleshoot communications of remote metering.
- Perform vector, load analysis and power factor tests on all metering installations.
- Calculate meter constants on all types of installations.
- Operate packaged meter and recorder software applications.
- Prepare service orders, TRADE sheets and associated paperwork for transformer rated meters.
- Distribution line outage restoration, such as scouting and logistics.
This position is designed as a Safety Sensative position and is subject to mandatory pre-employment and random drug testing.
