All Star Electric is looking to hire an Electrical Foreman. You will be responsible for leading a crew to perform electrical installations as well as maintaining the job timeline, keeping it on schedule and within budget, and reporting to team leaders on any setbacks and updates.

• Lead a team on electrical installations and electrical repairs.
• Plan and assign tasks to crew members.
• Train and guide apprentices on electrical installations and repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Inspect all electrical work to ensure it meets company standards and complies with national, state, and local codes.
• Communicate with team leaders regarding all project statuses.
• Maintain proper and accurate documentation.
• Ensure every team member is performing work duties safely.

• Experience in the electrical construction industry.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and electrical codes.
• Supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of safety laws and regulations.

• Time management

• Physical stamina for extended site work.
• Ability to operate hand tools, small machinery, and other equipment.
