Bill Colwell Ford is hiring a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing Mobile Service department — one of the most innovative programs in the Cedar Valley. You'll travel directly to customers' homes and businesses, work independently, and make a real impact on people's lives every single day. This isn't a typical shop job. • Brand-new, fully equipped mobile service van — air conditioning, modern tools, everything you need
• New location every day — no more staring at the same four walls
• Direct customer interaction — you're the face of the service, not just a name on a work order
• Be part of building something — this department is growing, and your fingerprints will be on it

• Travel to customer locations to diagnose, repair, and service Ford vehicles
• Perform thorough multi-point inspections and flag additional needs
• Document all work accurately using a tablet or laptop
• Communicate repair plans clearly with customers and your service coordinator
• Represent Bill Colwell Ford with professionalism at every stop

• 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic skills — mechanical and electrical
• Comfortable with diagnostic tools, tablets, and laptops
• Automotive certification(s) preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communicator — you can explain technical work to non-technical people
• Physically capable of bending, squatting, and working in varied weather conditions
