Main Responsibilities:
- Pouring curb, sidewalk, and finishing concrete.
- Work as a member of a team to complete restoration work of concrete and asphalt to return job site to its pre-work condition.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to customer expectations.
- Guide the crew towards goal achievement.
- Plan, organize and delegate the daily work activities among crew members.
- Handle minor customer complaints and inquiries. Escalate issues to the superintendent or general foreman, if necessary.
- Complete project paperwork as required by the customer.
- Ensure that the overall quality of work performed by the crew meets or exceeds standards and expectations.
- 3+ years of hard surface (concrete and/or asphalt) experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current driver's license with good driving record.
- Current Class A CDL.
