Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all aspects of building, property, and equipment upkeep, including hands on repairs and maintenance for buildings, grounds, forklifts, trucks, packaging equipment, etc. and ensure the facility remains safe, clean, functional, and well maintained. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is a team player, but who can also work independently, solve problems, and keep things running without skipping a beat.

The role will also involve operating a forklift to assist in moving, loading, and unloading building materials as needed, when not performing maintenance duties.

• Perform routine building, mechanical, vehicle, and equipment maintenance
• Ensure production and packaging equipment is calibrated, lubricated, and fully operational to meet output demands.
• Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment
• Pick orders, load and unload trucks and retail customer vehicles as needed
• Supervise and coordinate facility upkeep and repair schedules
• Travel between branches if needed to maintain equipment
• Perform general handyman tasks
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Work closely with management to prioritize and complete projects

• Experience in building maintenance, facility repair, and equipment maintenance
• Proficiency with hand & power tools, maintenance equipment, and basic repairs
• Forklift certification and experience
• Strong problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift 80 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work well with other team members and retail customers

• Proven forklift experience in distribution or warehouse environment
• Knowledge of and experience handling building material products
• Welding and fabrication skills
• Body work and spray‑painting skills
• Packaging equipment maintenance & repair experience
