Will Scot Corporation - - Responsibilities:
Inspect modular buildings and perform repairs or readiness work including framing and finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear;
Maintain safe and organized work area and comply with safety policies;
Perform check-in/out inspections of off-rented buildings and determine repair scope for invoicing;
Create floor plan drawings and modify as requested by customers;
Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled deliveries and complete deliveries/pickups/service paperwork
