HVAC Sales & Service Technician

• Experience as a residential HVAC service technician
• Experience selling upgrades and services
• Proven ability to generate repair revenue on service calls without pressuring customers
• Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to clearly explain technical information in layman’s terms and appropriately communicate findings to homeowners
• Ability to build rapport and foster trust with customers
• Comfort with recommending repairs, upgrades, memberships, and replacements
• Valid driver’s license

Typical hours are Monday through Friday with some weekend work as needed. Our service area covers New Orleans and the Northshore. We're looking for an enthusiastic, communicative person who can drive service revenue without pressuring customers or compromising quality. You'll perform repairs and maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems, recommend system upgrades, and help build and maintain a pipeline of happy customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing residential systems and equipment to accurately diagnose the source of problems
• Clearly explaining service options to homeowners and promoting the benefits of relevant system upgrades, replacements, and improvements
• Completing hands‑on work and closely documenting your services, findings, and customer interactions
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and encouraging referrals
• Educating homeowners on their heating and air conditioning systems, providing tips for efficiency and performance
