Field Service Tech

(St. Rose, LA):
Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on construction equipment at customer job sites. This position requires strong mechanical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently in the field.

• Travel to customer locations in a mobile service vehicle to diagnose and repair construction equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair diesel, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Perform component removal, reconditioning, installation, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete service documentation and maintain safety standards.
• Provide professional customer service and technical support.

• Strong mechanical aptitude; diesel and hydraulic experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to maintain and repair construction equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift tools and equipment and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
