Job Title: Laborer

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks to assist in the completion of projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to work in varying environmental conditions. Laborers are essential to maintaining the workflow and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.

• Assist skilled tradespeople in construction, demolition, or maintenance tasks.
• Operate hand and power tools as required for tasks such as cutting, drilling, or assembling materials.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, equipment, and tools to and from job sites.
• Prepare sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards, setting up necessary equipment, and adhering to safety guidelines.
• Follow technical drawings, plans, and instructions from supervisors.
• Perform routine maintenance and checks on equipment and report any issues.
• Ensure tools and machinery are kept in good condition and stored properly.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and projects on time.
• Comply with all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional laborer certificates are a plus.
• Previous experience in a laborer role or construction setting preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with hand tools and machinery operations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work varying hours and overtime when necessary.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
