Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a hands‑on maintenance role. • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on building systems, equipment, and fixtures.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry tasks.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
