• High school diploma or GED
• Basic understanding of electrical theory, circuits, and industrial equipment
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
• Ability to read simple schematics and wiring diagrams
• Familiarity with lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in industrial environments (heights, confined spaces, hot/cold conditions)
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work as part of a team
• Must meet “fit for duty” requirements upon job offer (pre‑employment physical and drug test)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at protected heights up to 130 feet
• Ability to perform work in dusty environments and all types of temperature/weather conditions

• Completion of an electrical training program or pre-apprenticeship
• Experience with multimeters, conduit bending, or basic troubleshooting
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
• Forklift or aerial lift certification
