Overview
We are seeking skilled and dedicated team members who take pride in providing exceptional service in apartment maintenance. This role requires teamwork and strong qualifications in HVAC, appliance repairs, plumbing, and electrical work.
Responsibilities- Provide maintenance services in apartment communities, with emphasis on HVAC, appliance repairs, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
- Collaborate effectively in a team to deliver high-quality service.
- Manage on-call rotation and maintain reliable transportation as needed.
- Assist with other maintenance duties as required across locations.
- Strong experience in HVAC, appliance repairs, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- On-call availability and reliable transportation.
- EPA certification is a plus.
Multiple locations within the New Orleans (NOLA) area.
