Overnight Maintenance Technician III - Club Wyndham Avenue Plaza

Maintenance Technician III – Overnight shift 11pm to 7am

• Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Monitor and repair HVAC systems for the entire facility.
• Perform plumbing maintenance including pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs using methods such as soldering, brazing silver, PVC, and CPVC fittings.
• Replace breakers, ballast, and other electrical fixtures including switches and sockets; prevent and troubleshoot possible electric hazards.
• Perform preventive maintenance of all aspects of units, common areas, and grounds as required.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs on all systems such as HVAC, boilers, and other building systems.

• Certified HVAC, plumbing, or electrical skill required.
• Working knowledge of appliance repair.
• Professional appearance and a positive, can‑do attitude with team focus.
