Position Overview Maintenance Technician – Ridgefield Apartments, Marrero, LA. Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, appliance repair, and basic carpentry.
- Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
- Complete work orders and documentation.
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- HVAC certification (preferred) and 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience.
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment safely using proper equipment.
- Available for emergency calls 24/7.
- Background screening and drug test required.
