Schedule:
Full-Time | 12-hour 4 on 2 off Rotating Shift | 6am-6pm/6pm-6am | On-Call as needed basis. Starting Pay: $34.65/hr. | OT paid after 8 hours. Perks:

What You Will Do – Core ResponsibilitiesElectrical & Mechanical Maintenance
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems (motors, controls, PLCs, lighting).
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled mechanical maintenance on conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, and other plant systems.
- Execute both electrical and mechanical repairs with minimal downtime.
Equipment Installation & Fabrication
- Align, install, and commission new mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Assist with fabrication and welding tasks to support equipment upgrades.
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
- Diagnose complex issues in both electrical and mechanical systems using test equipment and hands-on inspection.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement effective long-term solutions.
Safety & Documentation
- Follow ADM safety procedures including lockout/tagout, arc flash protocols, PPE usage, and confined space entry.
- Record all maintenance activity using the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system).
- Communicate clearly with team leads and supervisors on repair status and system health.

- Conveyors, bucket elevators, grain dryers
- Motors, VFDs, and control panels
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Arc welders, hand tools, grinders, and cutting torches
- PLCs and instrumentation
- Multimeters and other diagnostic tools
What You Bring to the Table
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience with industrial electrical systems and mechanical repairs.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot 480V 3-phase systems.
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Availability for overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must pass background check.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in grain, feed, agri-processing, or similar industrial settings.
- Welding, fabrication, and millwright training.
- Familiarity with PLCs and control systems.
- Technical degree or certifications in Industrial Maintenance or Electrical Technology.
