Inframark is seeking a skilled Journeyman Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Belle Chasse, LA. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical equipment and systems supporting water/wastewater treatment operations. The ideal candidate will have strong industrial electrical experience and a safety‑first mindset.

• Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, motors, and control equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with PLC‑controlled systems, VFDs, and instrumentation
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Install wiring, conduit, and electrical components per NEC standards
• Support startup, calibration, and commissioning of equipment
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA 70E safety standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure system reliability

• Journeyman Electrician License (or equivalent experience/training)
• 3–5+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills with motor controls, panels, and industrial systems
• Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in water/wastewater treatment facilities preferred
• Knowledge of SCADA systems and instrumentation
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
• May include on‑call rotation, weekends, or shift work as needed
• Exposure to electrical systems, confined spaces, and varying weather conditions
