Pay: The expected base pay range for this on‑site position is $19.46 to $29.16 per hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
Work Schedule: Monday ~ Friday from 6:00AM to 3:00PM. Our plant is a 24/7 facility, and the new hire will be on‑call 24/7 and it’s a mandatory policy.

Job SummaryUnder direction, perform all maintenance functions, including but not limited to preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance on all equipment throughout the plant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Diagnose equipment, perform repairs as needed, ensuring proper repairs in the shortest time possible to maintain operational readiness.
- Perform preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance daily on a variety of machinery within the plant.
- Machines include fire tube boiler and ancillary equipment; steam delivery systems; water softeners and other water treatment equipment; air handling equipment; commercial washers; pneumatic and hydraulic systems; conveyor systems; incinerator process equipment/systems including burners, CEMs, high temperature refractory, controls, PLC, combustion air blowers, pressure controls, and conveyance systems; steam turbine, electrical generator systems; air pollution control devices (bag houses, evaporative coolers, acid absorbers, carbon beds);
general air pneumatics (air compressor, regulators, solenoid valves, 2‑way and 3‑way valves, tubing installation, pneumatic pumps); light electrical maintenance (480V/240V/120V/24V power systems); PLC and light robotics troubleshooting and maintenance (helpful). - Perform any general work or other assignments necessary to ensure a safe, clean, healthy, and efficient facility while supporting WMHS’s commitment to safety.
- Document results through completed work orders based on schedule, priority, or as required.
- Perform other related duties as required or requested.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree (accredited) from a two‑year college or technical school, or equivalent in related work experience.
- Three years or more related experience and/or training, demonstrating the ability to identify and perform necessary repairs and ensure scheduled production run.
Preferred Qualifications
- Boiler, welding, or electrical certification.
