Join Sunbelt Rentals as a Scaffold E&D Foreman
1. This role involves designing scaffolds, ordering materials, maintaining documentation, and mentoring carpenters.

• Design various types of scaffolds and order required materials.
• Perform all necessary documentation such as delivery/pick‑up tickets, time sheets, extra work authorizations, safety plans, JSA’s and scaffold inspection checklists.
• Act as mentor and coach to Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenters for their development.
• Work comfortably and safely at considerable heights and supervise a crew or up to three Lead Carpenters.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA rules and regulations regarding scaffolding.
• Understand and apply knowledge of various scaffolding materials to prevent load exceedance.
• Perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 40 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter or approved equivalent experience.
• Some trade school preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work comfortably and safely at considerable heights.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to supervise crews and understand OSHA regulations.
