Location: New Orleans
EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician to deliver hands‑on building maintenance across a variety of commercial and industrial sites. You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC tasks, self‑performing work per orders and adhering to safety standards.
You will also conduct inspections, generate service reports, and support maintenance teams while traveling between client sites with company vehicles.
