This full‑time position requires the Maintenance Technician to work on‑site, as it is not eligible for remote working arrangements. The role demands a proactive approach to the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various types of machinery and equipment. • Perform routine maintenance on production machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
• Inspect equipment and identify potential problems or safety concerns
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment
• Collaborate with production teams to support operational efficiency

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical certification preferred
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gears, and 230v wiring
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
