Oilfield Service Technicians - 7/7 Rotation, Housing Available - Converse, LA
Drill Cool Systems is hiring Service Technicians to support installation, maintenance, and demobilization of mud cooling systems on drilling rigs. These technicians will perform mechanical and electrical repairs, preventative maintenance, and on-site troubleshooting while serving as company representatives at rig sites. The role follows a 7/7 rotation and requires extensive drilling rig experience. Ideal candidates bring strong oilfield maintenance backgrounds and thrive in physically demanding environments.

- 5+ years oil & gas drilling rig experience
- 2+ years industrial equipment maintenance experience
- Experience working Motors or Derricks (required)
- Valid Driver’s License (insurable)
- Ability to work 12+ hour shifts
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy manual labor
- Willingness to be on call during shift
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Basic electrical experience (120
Vac and 480
Vac systems)
- Experience as Motorman or Tool Pusher
- HVAC experience
- Electrical experience
- Welding experience
- Proficiency with Office 365 Suite and digital reporting systems
